We know that teaching staff, non-teaching staff and SLT deliver outstanding work to our young people but sometimes their own health and wellbeing needs don’t take priority.
At Mindful Life, we offer one-to-one counselling support for all employees.
In addition we offer a variety of workshops and training to support and reduce stigma for your staff. We understand that your team have busy timetables and sometimes an extra piece of training can add to the already large workload. At Mindful Life, we carefully tailor our trainings to suit the availability of staff, whether it is part of the whole staff meeting, or an inset day.
Our Mental Health Awareness programme – Wellbeing Ambassadors, fits comfortably in a whole school approach supporting staff and students.
